Disc Features

Disc Production Techniques

	* Aeroflon discs are hardened and tempered. Precision grinding on surfaces of both the inside and outside diameters relieves stresses. * Discs are honed or vibrated to fine and uniform corner radii.

Disc quality control and inspection

	* Aeroflon inspects for flatness, concentricity, parallelism, thickness, inside and outside diameters. * Every valve disc is inspected by quality control. * Aeroflon ring ported valve discs and springs are available for all types of Ingersoll-Rand, Chicago Pneumatic, Joy, Worthington and Cooper Bessemer compressors. * Aeroflon valve discs are shipped promptly.
